I’m Anthony Tadina, a designer who believes the hardest design problems aren’t blank slates — they’re products that already exist and need to become something more.

15+ years across payments, bookings, loyalty, internal tools, and more has taught me how to move things forward without losing what already works.

Most design problems I’ve worked on turned out to be something else: a business model problem, a missing primitive, a product speaking the wrong language to the wrong customer. Finding that is usually where the real work begins.
