I’m Anthony Tadina, a designer who believes the hardest design problems aren’t blank slates — they’re products that already exist and need to become something more.

15+ years across payments, bookings, loyalty, internal tools, and more has taught me how to move things forward without losing what already works. I think of it like landscape architecture: designing in response to what’s already there.

Most design problems I’ve worked on turned out to be something else: a business model problem, a missing primitive, a product speaking the wrong language to the wrong customer. Finding that is usually where the real work begins.

San Francisco Bay Area based.
